Responsible for cleaning, wiping, and maintaining the cleanliness of optical frames, lenses, and other display products to ensure they remain in presentable condition for customers.
Assist in packaging of optical products, including spectacles, contact lenses, and accessories, ensuring items are properly labeled and safely packed for delivery or customer handover.
Perform basic quality checks on products such as frames and lenses to confirm there are no scratches, defects, or damages before final delivery.
Support the sales and technical teams in daily operational tasks such as arranging displays, organizing stock, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Help in unpacking and arranging recent stock, updating display counters, and ensuring all products are placed as per visual merchandising guidelines.
Provide general assistance to staff during busy hours, ensuring smooth and efficient store operations.
Follow all safety, hygiene, and company housekeeping standards at all times.
Report any product defects, missing items, or maintenance needs to the outlet supervisor or manager promptly.
Contribute to maintaining a friendly, organized, and customer-ready showroom environment.
