About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated US Business Development Executive / Manager to drive client acquisition in the US market.

The ideal candidate should have experience selling Accounting & Bookkeeping Outsourcing or IT Support / Managed IT Services to US-based businesses. You will be responsible for identifying current opportunities, engaging decision-makers, managing the sales cycle, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop current business opportunities in the US market.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, Linked In outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Engage with business owners, CFOs, Controllers, Practice Owners, IT Managers, and other decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable outsourcing solutions.
- Present company capabilities, proposals, pricing, and service offerings.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation to contract closure.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.




- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
- Stay updated on US outsourcing trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities.

Requirements

Experience

- Minimum 2 years of experience in US Business Development or International B2B Sales.
- Prior experience selling Accounting & Bookkeeping Outsourcing or IT Support / Managed IT Services is highly preferred.

Skills

- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work during the US (EST) shift.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
