Position: IMS Lead Auditor

Location: Pune & Mumbai

Job Purpose:

The role IMS Lead Auditor is responsible for planning, conducting, and reporting ISO audits across the Pune branch and other assigned locations, ensuring compliance with Quality, Workplace, Health & Safety (QEHS) standards, certification body (CB) guidelines, and organizational policies.

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct internal and external audits for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 at the Pune branch.
- Perform pre-audit and post-audit activities in accordance with defined audit guidelines and procedures.
- Carry out audits at other branch locations as per organizational and client requirements.
- Ensure adherence to Certification Body (CB) guidelines, defined KPIs, and audit protocols.
- Support implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of QMS and QEHS systems.
- Prepare audit plans, checklists,



reports, and follow-up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Branch Manager from time to time.

Mandatory Skills & Competencies:

- Strong experience in QMS Implementation
- Hands-on knowledge of QEHS systems
- Proficiency in ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001 standards
- Good understanding of audit methodologies and compliance requirements
- Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills.

Technical Qualification:

- Engineering Graduate (BE) or
- Technical Education – Any Engineering discipline
