10. Understanding of Active Directory Services (ADS) DNS & DHCP.

Valuable troubleshooting knowledge on Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Event Logs.
12. Experience in Datacenter Operations,
13. Experience in Managing security permissions, Backups and restoration.
14. Experience in Enterprise SAN environment – EMC DMX, Hitachi File clusters.
15. Exposure to TSM, Commvault
16. Experience in file and print services management
17. Excellent listening skills & ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English
18. Flexibility to work in shifts for 24x7 support
19. MCP in Windows Server 2003/2008/2016, Active Directory>
