The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sustainable business growth by acquiring new customers, expanding business with existing customers, identifying new market opportunities and supporting the company's long-term commercial strategy.

This is a customer-facing role requiring robust relationship-building skills, commercial acumen and the ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Quality and Finance to convert opportunities into long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new customers across domestic & export markets
- Build relationships with manufacturers, retailers, distributors & private label brands
- Convert leads into long-term business partnerships
- Develop domestic channels: Modern Trade, Institutional, HORECA, E-commerce & more




- Represent Miltop at trade fairs and customer meetings
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships
- Track competitors, pricing trends & market developments
- Share insights to support business strategy and growth decisions

Qualifications:

- 8-10 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Key Accounts
- Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
- Experience in FMCG, food, ingredients or export business preferred
- Ability to build relationships and close deals
- Willingness to travel (domestic & international)
