Position: Dental Call Center Specialist
Location: Remote
Schedule: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Full time)
We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Dental Call Center Specialist to support multiple dental clinics during evening and overnight hours. This is a remote position ideal for someone with excellent communication skills who enjoys helping patients and working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound patient calls professionally and courteously.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
- Handle patient inquiries regarding services, insurance, and office policies.
- Verify patient information and update patient records accurately.
- Route urgent calls to the appropriate office or provider.
- Follow call scripts and maintain exceptional customer service.
- Work closely with office teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous dental office or dental call center experience preferred.
- Fluent in English is required;
bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and dental scheduling software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong computer and multitasking abilities.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office.
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently.
