Role: Process Associate - Freshers

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Engagement: Initiate warm,



engaging outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce VMax’s wellness services.

CRM Management: Maintain detailed, real-time records of all customer interactions and ensure accurate updates in the CRM system.

Customer Understanding & Support: Listen actively to understand customer needs, offer personalized guidance, or escalate complex concerns.

Performance Excellence: Consistently exceed daily calling targets while maintaining a minimum 95% successful connection rate.

Feedback & Insight Sharing: Share actionable feedback and customer insights with the support and operations team.

Brand Representation: Represent VMax with professionalism, empathy, and positivity in every interaction.

Qualifications Required:

Fresh graduates (any discipline) with curiosity, energy, and a passion for helping others.

Strong communication skills in English and/or regional languages with a friendly, approachable tone.

Basic computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel; CRM familiarity is a plus).
