Hiring AI/ML for a Reputed/MNC company located at Chandigarh.

We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with 5+ years of experience in building intelligent systems, with strong expertise in Computer Vision and team handling. The candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions with a focus on Computer Vision applications.

- Build and optimize models for image/video processing such as object detection, image classification, segmentation, and face recognition.

- Develop and maintain scalable ML pipelines from data ingestion to production deployment.

- Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists.

- Review code, provide technical guidance, and ensure best engineering practices.

- Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions.

- Oversee model performance, monitoring, retraining, and optimization.

- Drive research and adoption of recent AI/ML technologies and frameworks.

- Ensure data quality, model accuracy, scalability, and system reliability.





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science, or related field.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence.

- Strong expertise in Computer Vision techniques and algorithms.

- Proficiency in Python and libraries such as OpenCV, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn.

- Experience with Deep Learning frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

- Hands-on experience with CNNs, YOLO, Faster R-CNN, SSD, and similar models.

- Experience in deploying ML models using Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience in leading teams, task allocation, mentoring, and performance review.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with video analytics and real-time vision systems.

- Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).

- Experience with edge AI or embedded vision solutions.

- Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Exposure to NLP or GenAI is a plus.
