About the Role

The Senior Consultant plays a pivotal role in driving
successful delivery of digital transformation and AI-enabled initiatives by
combining robust business consulting, project governance, and delivery
leadership. This role acts as the bridge between strategic direction and
execution, ensuring multiple projects are delivered on time, within scope, and
aligned with business objectives.

Working closely with Principal Consultants, clients, and cross-functional
delivery teams, the Senior Consultant is responsible for establishing
governance structures, leading project execution, managing resources, mentoring
Consultants, and ensuring high-quality business outcomes. The ideal candidate
is a techno-functional professional with strong business analysis, project
management, stakeholder management, and AI implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership

· Lead end-to-end execution of multiple digital
transformation and AI initiatives from discovery through implementation and
business adoption.

· Ensure project scope, timelines, quality, and
business objectives are consistently achieved.

· Coordinate cross-functional teams including
business, engineering, analytics, QA, and product teams.

· Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization,
implementation planning, UAT, deployment, and hyper-care.

· Monitor project health and proactively resolve




delivery bottlenecks.

Project Governance

· Establish governance mechanisms to track project
progress, milestones, risks, dependencies, and quality metrics.

· Conduct governance reviews, steering meetings,
and project status reviews.

· Manage RAID logs and ensure timely risk
mitigation and issue resolution.

· Ensure compliance with organizational delivery
methodologies, documentation standards, and best practices.

· Provide delivery visibility through dashboards,
KPIs, and executive reporting.

Business Analysis & Solution Design

· Lead requirement discovery workshops and
stakeholder discussions.

· Review and validate BRDs, FRDs, user stories,
process maps, and functional specifications.

· Translate business challenges into scalable
functional and technical solutions.

· Support AI and automation use case
identification, feasibility assessment, and implementation planning.

· Ensure alignment between business objectives and
technical solution design.

Resource Planning & Team Leadership

· Plan and allocate resources across multiple
engagements to optimize utilization.

· Balance workloads, monitor capacity, and
forecast resource requirements.

· Mentor Consultants through technical guidance,
delivery coaching, and performance feedback.

· Foster collaboration, accountability, and
continuous improvement across delivery teams.

· Support capability development through knowledge
sharing and best practices.

Stakeholder Management

· Build strong relationships with business
stakeholders and delivery teams.

· Facilitate workshops,



solution walkthroughs, and
executive status meetings.

· Manage stakeholder expectations and drive
consensus across business and technology teams.

· Escalate strategic risks appropriately while
recommending mitigation plans.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

· Identify opportunities to improve delivery
processes and consulting methodologies.

· Promote reusable assets, templates, and
accelerators.

· Drive adoption of AI, automation, analytics, and
emerging technologies within client engagements.

· Contribute to practice development and
organizational capability building.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 6–9 years of experience in Technology
Consulting, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, Project Delivery, or
Program Management.

· Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end
technology or business transformation initiatives.

· Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile
methodologies, project governance, and business analysis.

· Experience implementing AI, automation,
analytics, or enterprise digital transformation solutions.

· Excellent communication, stakeholder management,
facilitation, and leadership skills.

· Experience mentoring teams and managing
cross-functional stakeholders.
