Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Transaction Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, and Portfolio Management to lead regulatory change initiatives for global financial services clients. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing end-to-end project delivery, portfolio governance, stakeholder management, and regulatory reporting programs within Investment Banking or Capital Markets.

Title: Project Manager (Transaction Reporting / Regulatory Reporting)

Experience: 5 - 10 Years

Location: Mumbai

Mode of Work: Full Time

Education: Bachelors / master's degree in business, IT, Finance, Economics or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Transaction Reporting and Regulatory Reporting initiatives.

- Manage a portfolio of regulatory projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives.

- Oversee portfolio planning, prioritization, budgeting, resource allocation, and governance.

- Prepare and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and portfolio dashboards.

- Coordinate with Business, Technology, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure successful delivery.

- Identify and mitigate project and portfolio risks, issues, and dependencies.

- Track milestones, budgets,



timelines, and portfolio of KPIs.

- Present project and portfolio updates to senior leadership and steering committees.

- Drive regulatory change initiatives while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

- Promote continuous improvement in project delivery and governance processes.

Mandatory Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in Project Management.

- Hands-on experience in Transaction Reporting and Regulatory Reporting is mandatory.

- Solid experience in Portfolio Management, including managing multiple projects/programs, prioritization, governance, budgeting, resource planning, and executive reporting.

- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks.

- Experience in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Financial Services.

- Experience in managing project plans, RAID logs, project financials, dependencies, and risks.

- Expertise Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

- Strong stakeholders, governance, and communication skills.
