Roles & Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement: Identify relevant stakeholders, including customers, teams, partners, and regulatory bodies. Develop a strategy to keep them informed throughout the project lifecycle.

- Manage Expectations: Align project goals with stakeholder expectations, ensuring requirements meet business goals. Monitor project performance and review outcomes to ensure satisfaction.

- Customer Feedback & Relations: Implement mechanisms for feedback collection and provide regular project updates on status, risks, and issues. Build solid relationships with stakeholders, ensuring positive experiences throughout the project. Address escalations effectively, resolve conflicts, and maintain project harmony.

- Change Request: Communicate clearly with stakeholders to manage cloud project change requests and proactively resolve delivery issues.

- Continuous Improvement: Foster continuous improvement by reviewing processes and encouraging innovation. Identify challenges and share solutions to enhance project outcomes.

- Cloud Operations: Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize cloud initiatives, optimize infrastructure, and ensure alignment with business goals. Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and industry standards.

- Agile & Lean Methodologies: Implement Agile and Lean to streamline cloud development processes, improve efficiency, and foster collaboration.

- Tools & Technologies: Select tools to optimize cloud infrastructure, streamline deployment, and enhance delivery pipelines. Research industry best practices and act as a spokesperson for engineering excellence.

- Change Management: Ensure all changes in scope, schedule, or resources are documented, approved, and communicated effectively.

- Planning & Execution: Create detailed project plans, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely delivery within scope. Monitor budgets and ensure cost control.





- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Practice Strategy: Develop and execute strategies that align with business goals. Lead a high-performing practice team and monitor product performance for continuous improvement.

- Leadership: Act as the go-to person for technical clarifications and escalation management. Bridge internal teams to align capabilities with project requirements.

- Talent Strategy, Management & Training: Guide and mentor team members, identify skill gaps, and drive skill development through structured training programs. Collaborate with Learning & Development to build technical expertise. Address conflicts constructively, manage staffing needs, and build succession plans for high-potential employees.

- Solution Development: Lead R&D; initiatives to improve products, manage project timelines, and implement process improvements. Strengthen technical expertise by developing playbooks, knowledge repositories, and assets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new ideas to market.

- Mentorship & Team Management: Align team goals with the organization’s strategic vision. Foster a positive culture, provide constructive feedback, and promote teamwork.

- Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible). Knowledge of big data tools and machine learning concepts (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn).

- Development Methodologies: Experience in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC. Familiar with CI/CD processes and automated testing.

- Application Performance & Scalability: Monitor performance, ensure high availability, and evaluate technologies for scalability. Provide technical assistance to customers and resolve issues.
