Roles & Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement & Stakeholder Management: Identify stakeholders (customers, internal teams, partners, regulatory bodies), and develop communication strategies to keep everyone informed throughout the project lifecycle. Manage stakeholder expectations, gather requirements, monitor project performance, and ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals. Provide regular updates, handle escalations, and resolve conflicts to maintain project progress.

- Customer Feedback & Change Management: Establish feedback mechanisms and integrate stakeholder input into project decisions. Manage change requests, ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders, and resolve delivery issues efficiently to meet timelines and quality standards. Foster continuous improvement by proposing technical optimizations and ensuring cloud solutions align with business goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Cloud Project Delivery: Ensure smooth integration and continuous delivery of cloud environments by automating deployment pipelines and optimizing cloud resources for scalability and high availability. Foster a culture of innovation, handle re-engineering, and manage relationships with cloud providers to maintain quality and service standards. Implement Agile/Lean methodologies for enhanced collaboration and efficient cloud delivery.

- Risk, Cost & Effort Management: Plan, allocate resources, and manage budgets to ensure timely project delivery within financial constraints. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks, ensuring successful project outcomes. Collaborate with business leaders to understand requirements and prioritize features based on customer needs.





- Team Development & Leadership: Build and manage high-performing teams, guide junior associates, and mentor team members. Foster collaboration and ensure continuous learning through structured training programs and certifications. Align team goals with organizational objectives, promote recognition, and create a positive work environment.

- Talent Acquisition & Succession Planning: Identify staffing needs, participate in recruitment, and plan for succession in key roles. Develop leadership pipelines, support career development, and address conflicts constructively. Continuously upskill through training, certifications, and participation in technical forums.

- Cloud & AI/ML Expertise: Lead technology solutions using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Leverage AI/ML tools (TensorFlow, scikit-learn) for data-driven projects, ensuring scalable and high-performing systems. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and Ansible.

- Automation & Quality Assurance: Automate testing, streamline deployment, and ensure CI/CD processes are in place. Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and frameworks to maintain high-quality application performance, scalability, and architectural integrity. Provide technical assistance and resolve customer issues effectively.

- Performance Monitoring & Innovation: Lead research and development initiatives to innovate products, resolve technical challenges, and improve quality management systems. Share market insights, adopt industry best practices, and lead efforts to resolve long-standing technical bottlenecks.
