The team

- Lead functional discovery and workshops for Demand and resource management in plan view.

- Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and acceptance criteria.

- Analyze current state processes and identify improvement.

- Partner with architects and integration teams to clarify design impacts and dependencies.

- Support UAT planning and execution, including clarifying test scenarios, expected outcomes, and sign-off criteria





- Drive end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.

- Mentor junior BAs and support readiness of business SMEs.

Key skills required

- 7+ years of experience as a PPM implementation consultant, with a solid focus on demand management, resource management, portfolio management will be preferred.

- Demonstrated experience leading requirements elicitation and specification for complex functional areas.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Strong collaboration across business and technical stakeholders.

- Exposure to testing lifecycle and UAT execution preferred.

- Experience with Agile delivery methods and tools (Jira, Confluence
