Event Planner

Role Overview

The Event Planner will be responsible for planning,
coordinating, and executing events from concept to completion. The ideal
candidate should have strong organizational skills, vendor management
experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced
environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and execute weddings, corporate events,
social events, and brand activations.

2. Meet clients to understand their event
requirements, budget, and expectations.

3. Prepare event concepts, timelines, budgets, and
execution plans.

4. Coordinate with vendors, venues, production
teams, decorators, caterers, and other stakeholders.

5. Negotiate with vendors to achieve the best
pricing and quality.

6. Conduct venue visits and coordinate logistics
before the event.

7. Manage event setup, on-site execution, and
dismantling.

8. Handle guest management, hospitality, and client
coordination during events.

9. Resolve on-site issues quickly and
professionally.

Ensure events are delivered on time, within
budget, and meet LIVXS quality standards.

11. Prepare post-event reports and collect client
feedback.

Qualifications Preferred

1. Bachelor's degree in Event Management,
Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. 1–3 years of experience in event planning,
wedding planning, or corporate events.

3. Experience in luxury weddings or corporate event
management will be preferred
