HoYi is a premium food brand working headquartered in Uttarakhand to produce handcrafted preserves, pickles, honey, ghee, and other natural foods. We sell through our website, marketplaces, quick commerce, and retail partners. We are looking for a position in our Delhi office.

- Key ResponsibilitiesProcess daily orders from Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and other sales channels.
- Pick, verify, pack, and dispatch orders accurately.
- Generate invoices, shipping labels, AWBs, and manifests.
- Coordinate daily pickups with courier partners (Shipway/Shiprocket/Delhivery, etc.).
- Update shipment status and tracking information.
- Maintain inventory and perform daily stock reconciliation.
- Handle returns, RTOs, replacements, and damaged shipments.
- Ensure all orders are dispatched within SLA.
- Maintain dispatch registers and daily MIS reports.
- Coordinate with customer support regarding dispatch-related queries.
- Ensure proper packaging standards for fragile glass jars.
