? We're Hiring! Business Development Associate (BDA) – JP Nagar, Bangalore ?
Looking for a go-getter with field sales experience to join our property sales team!
? Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore
? Experience: 1 –3 years (field sales background)
? Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month
? 6 days working | ⏰ 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM
? Qualification: Degree/Diploma
What you'll do:
✅ Visit properties in your assigned locality & click photos
✅ Call buyers & schedule home visit slots
✅ Pitch properties – explain features & specifications
✅ Research the area & stay updated on local rates
✅ Negotiate between buyer & seller, explaining area pricing
Who we're looking for:
? 1 –3 years in field sales – ideally big-ticket sales (credit cards, high-value products)
? Background from Flipkart, PolicyBazaar, CarDekho or similar customer-facing sales roles preferred
? Solid communication skills
? Comfortable with an early-morning, field-based schedule
