We are looking for someone who can build automation flows in DoubleTick CRM and to set up and automate our WhatsApp CRM system.
Significant: Apply ONLY if you have prior hands-on experience or positive knowledge regarding this field.
Key Responsibilities:
Automation Flows: Build logical chatbot flows, auto-replies, and lead-routing rules in DoubleTick.
Lead Management: Create contact pipelines, tags, and custom fields to organize customer leads.
Testing: Test all chat flows to make sure leads reach the right team members without glitches.
