Business Development Manager (BDM) – Credit Card Sales
Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Manager to promote and sell credit cards through field sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, generating leads, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote and sell credit card products to customers in assigned locations.
* Generate leads through field visits, references, and direct marketing activities.
* Explain credit card features, advantages, offers, and eligibility to customers.
* Build and maintain good customer relationships.
* Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
* Collect and verify customer documents for application processing.
* Coordinate with the internal team for smooth approval and activation.
* Maintain records of sales and customer interactions.
Requirements
* Any degree .
* Experience in banking, financial services, or credit card sales preferred.
* Good communication and convincing skills.
* Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
