HVAC Supervisor – Commercial FacilityJob Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Supervisor to manage HVAC operations and maintenance activities in a commercial facility. The candidate will be responsible for supervising technicians, ensuring smooth operation of HVAC systems, and carrying out preventive and breakdown maintenance.

- Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily HVAC operation and maintenance activities in the commercial facility.
- Manage and allocate work to HVAC technicians and operators.
- Monitor the operation and maintenance of Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV, Cooling Towers, Pumps, and Ventilation Systems.
- Carry out Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and breakdown maintenance.
- Attend HVAC complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and identify technical faults.
- Monitor temperature, pressure, chilled water flow, and equipment performance.
- Maintain HVAC logbooks, checklists, PPM schedules, and daily reports.
- Coordinate with BMS operators for monitoring HVAC parameters and alarms.




- Coordinate with vendors/AMC contractors for servicing and major breakdowns.
- Monitor HVAC spare parts, tools, and consumables.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices in plant rooms and HVAC areas.
- Ensure compliance with facility safety standards and SOPs.
- Monitor energy consumption and support energy-saving initiatives.
- Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, fire & safety, and other facility teams.
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC equipment and identify potential issues.
- Guide and train technicians on proper maintenance and safety procedures.

- Qualification & Experience
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / HVAC or related qualification.
- 3–7 years of experience in HVAC maintenance.
- Experience in commercial buildings, malls, IT parks, office buildings, or facility management preferred.
- Positive knowledge of chillers, AHU, FCU, VRF/VRV, cooling towers, pumps, and BMS.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
