- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead the store team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Drive sales performance and achieve assigned store targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Monitor stock levels, replenishment activities, and inventory accuracy.
- Maintain store merchandising standards, product displays, and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with store management on promotions, pricing updates,



and product launches.
- Train, motivate, and develop team members to improve productivity and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
- Monitor billing counters and oversee cash management processes.
- Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
- Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail, supermarket, grocery, or FMCG operations.
- Prior experience in team handling or supervisory roles is preferred.
- Solid customer service and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
