About Olsen Spaces

Olsen Spaces is a premium managed workspace and coworking brand operating across multiple buildings in Bengaluru. We maintain high standards of facility upkeep, safety, and client experience across all our centres, and are looking for a reliable, hands-on multi-skilled technician to support daily facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

Pest Control (Weekly, In-House)

● Carry out in-house pest control treatment at each building once a week on a fixed roster.

● Handle basic pest control chemicals/sprays safely; follow safety protocol and dosage guidelines.

● Maintain a weekly pest control checklist/log for each building.

● Flag recurring pest issues (termites, rodents, cockroach infestation etc.) to the Facilities team for professional fumigation if needed.

Night Electrical Checks (Daily)

● Conduct a nightly round across all buildings to check electrical panels, DB boards, lighting, AC units, and common-area equipment for faults, sparking, overheating, or unusual sounds.

● Check that non-essential lighting/AC in vacant areas is switched off after hours to control electricity costs.

● Report any electrical faults, tripped breakers, or safety hazards immediately to the on-call facilities contact.





● Maintain a daily night-check log/report (photo evidence where applicable) submitted every morning.

● Basic troubleshooting: resetting trips, changing fused bulbs/tubelights, tightening loose connections (no licensed electrician work).

Painting (As & When Required)

● Carry out minor touch-up painting, wall patchwork, and putty work across buildings as assigned.

● Support larger repainting jobs during move-outs, refurbishments, or scheduled maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 1 – 5 years experience in facility maintenance / pest control

● Prior hands-on experience in at least two of: pest control, basic electrical maintenance, painting.

● Basic understanding of electrical safety (switches, MCBs, fuses)

● Comfortable working late evening/night hours and travelling across multiple sites in Bengaluru.

● Own two-wheeler with valid license preferred.

● Reliable, honest, and able to work with minimal supervision.

● Basic literacy to fill daily checklists/logs (Kannada/Hindi/English).

Compensation & Benefits

● ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience.

● Stable, full time in-house role (not a contract/vendor position).
