Qualification
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI
Experience
4–8 years in mechanical assembly, R&D; production, or machine building. Two-wheeler and four-wheeler workshop experience is welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Incoming quality inspection of all parts
- Sub-assembly and final assembly
- Shop floor line supervision
- Operator training
- Assembly records and documentation
Technical Skills Required
- Engineering fits and tolerances
- Fastening and torque control
- Mechanical assembly methods
- Measuring instruments and metrology
- Engineering drawing reading
- Basic wiring and connectors
Preferred
Engine or gearbox overhaul · OEM or dealer workshop · 5S · basic computer use
Selection Process
1. Interview with the team — 30 minutes
2. Practical test on the shop floor
The practical test will be fully explained on the day. No preparation is required.
