Regional Head – Mortgages (Uttar Pradesh)

Role Synopsis

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Head – Mortgages to lead and expand our mortgage business across Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate should possess solid leadership capabilities, in-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry, and a proven track record in driving business growth through team management, strategic partnerships, and operational excellence. The role requires ownership of sales performance, profitability, and market expansion while ensuring high service standards and compliance.

Primary Responsibilities

- Lead the mortgage business across the assigned region and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive growth in Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Commercial Property Loans, and other secured lending products.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage Sales Managers to build a high-performing sales organization.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with banks, NBFCs, builders, channel partners,



and other business associates.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence across key cities and emerging markets in Uttar Pradesh.
- Monitor sales productivity, pipeline management, login-to-disbursement ratios, and overall team performance.
- Drive productivity through regular performance reviews, coaching, and field visits.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and operational processes.
- Coordinate closely with credit, operations, legal, technical, and disbursement teams of Banks / NBFCs to ensure seamless loan processing.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to formulate effective business strategies.
- Prepare and present periodic MIS, business reviews, forecasts, and strategic reports to senior management.
- Foster a performance-driven culture focused on revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
