- Driver – Job Responsibilities (Loading Vehicle)Job RequirementsMust possess a valid Transport (TR) Driving Licence appropriate for the vehicle being driven.
- Must carry the original driving licence and all required vehicle documents while on duty.
- Should have a positive knowledge of traffic rules, road safety regulations, and local routes.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform a daily inspection of the vehicle before starting work, including brakes, tyres, lights, horn, engine oil, coolant, and fuel level.
2. Ensure the vehicle is clean, roadworthy, and all required documents are valid and available.
3. Assist in loading and unloading materials as required.
4. Verify the quantity and condition of materials before loading.
5. Ensure all goods are properly arranged, secured, and secured to prevent damage during transportation.
6. Do not overload the vehicle and ensure the load complies with legal weight limits.
7. Deliver materials safely and on time to customers or project sites.
8. Obtain delivery acknowledgements or proof of delivery from customers.
9. Report any shortages, damages, accidents, traffic violations, or delays immediately to the supervisor.
10. Comply with all traffic laws,



company policies, and safety procedures while driving.
11. Keep the vehicle clean and report any maintenance or repair requirements promptly.
12. Maintain records of vehicle trips, fuel consumption, kilometre readings, and delivery activities.
13. Handle customer materials carefully and maintain professional conduct at all times.
14. Return all delivery documents, invoices, and acknowledgements to the office after completing deliveries.
15. Wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during loading, unloading, and delivery operations.
16. Support warehouse and logistics staff with loading and unloading whenever required.
17. Maintain punctuality, discipline, and a high standard of safety and customer service.
