House That is a growing real estate company dedicated to delivering exceptional property solutions and customer experiences. We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our human resource functions and support our expanding team.

Position Overview

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, training, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong HR expertise and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

Source, screen, and hire talent across sales, marketing, operations, and support functions.

Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices.

Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary matters.

Manage attendance, leave records, employee documentation, and HR compliance.

Coordinate payroll inputs and employee benefits administration.

Lead performance management and employee appraisal processes.

Organize employee engagement activities and retention initiatives.





Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.

Generate HR reports and provide insights to management.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.

Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources.

Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.

Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and labor laws.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
