The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining solid customer relationships. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Explain company products/services and answer customer queries.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.




- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
