- Your mandate is clearResolve all maintenance requests within defined TAT
- Maintain uptime of all critical hotel systems
- Execute preventive maintenance consistently
- Reduce vendor dependency through strong technical ownership
- Maintain discipline in spare parts and material usage

This is not a technician role. It is a hotel uptime ownership role.

What you will be responsible for1. Guest Room Maintenance & Ticket ClosureRespond to and resolve guest maintenance requests within defined TAT

Prioritize issues related to:

- Air conditioning
- Hot water
- Electrical systems
- Plumbing
- Safety

Ensure issues are resolved completely, not temporarily

Maintain both response speed and quality of resolution

2. Preventive & Corrective MaintenanceExecute preventive maintenance schedules without misses

Conduct regular inspections of:

- Guest rooms
- Public areas
- Electrical systems
- Plumbing systems
- Utility equipment

Reduce repeat failures through proactive maintenance

Maintain preventive maintenance documentation

3. Technical Ownership & Problem SolvingResolve electrical issues including:

- Lighting
- Wiring
- DB panels
- Power failures

Handle plumbing issues including:

- Leakages
- Blockages
- Pumps

Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and hotel appliances

Accurately diagnose problems before escalation

Maximize in-house resolution and minimize vendor dependency

4. Material Control & Inventory DisciplineTrack engineering material usage accurately

Maintain visibility of spare inventory

Prevent material wastage and misuse

Coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment

Ensure tools and critical spares are always available

5. Hotel Infrastructure & Asset ReliabilityMaintain uptime of all engineering systems

Support DG, STP, WTP, and utility equipment maintenance

Carry out minor civil, carpentry, and repair work where required

Ensure guest rooms and public areas remain fully operational





Prevent unnecessary downtime across the hotel

6. Guest Interaction & Skilled ConductInteract politely and professionally with guests

Respond to guest concerns with urgency and empathy

Ensure minimal disruption during repair work

Maintain professional appearance and behaviour while working in guest areas

Build guest confidence through timely and effective resolution

- Hotel Engineering
- Facility Maintenance
- Building Maintenance
- MEP Operations

Experience in hotels, resorts, hospitals, commercial buildings, or facility management environments.

Exposure to:

- Electrical systems
- Plumbing
- HVAC
- DG operations
- Basic civil maintenance

Experience working in ticket-based maintenance environments will be an advantage.
