Nex Arena is looking for a proactive and energetic Sports Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our sports facilities. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to ensure smooth operations while maximizing customer satisfaction and revenue.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations of badminton courts, box cricket, turf, and other sports facilities.
- Coordinate with facility staff, reception executives, housekeeping, and coaches.
- Ensure courts and equipment are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and booking-related issues professionally.
- Monitor online and offline bookings and optimize court utilization.
- Maintain daily cash collections, billing, expenses, and operational reports.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair work with vendors.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Drive memberships, tournaments, coaching programs, and corporate bookings.
- Monitor customer feedback and work towards improving service quality.
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports for management.

Train staff on SOPs, customer service, and operational processes.
