A Sales Executive / Telecaller is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to promote products or services, generate sales, and maintain strong customer relationships. The role involves making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, explaining product features, following up on leads, and achieving sales targets. The executive also maintains accurate customer records, resolves customer concerns professionally, and coordinates with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Promote and explain products or services effectively.
- Generate sales leads and convert them into customers.
- Follow up with customers to close sales and maintain relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions,
and sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with team members and management to improve sales performance.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 10+2 or Graduate (preferred).
