Job Summary-

We are looking for a highly creative and passionate Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into visually compelling designs across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, modern design trends, typography, and color theory, along with the ability to create engaging visuals that align with different brand identities.

You will primarily be responsible for designing social media creatives, reel graphics, branding materials, marketing collateral, and other visual assets for clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design high-quality creatives for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Create visually engaging graphics for Reels, Shorts, Stories, Carousels, Thumbnails, and Digital Ads.
- Develop brand identities including Logos, Business Cards, Letterheads, Brand Guidelines, Packaging, Brochures, Flyers, Banners, Standees, and other marketing materials.
- Design creatives for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and promotional content.
- Collaborate with the social media, content, video editing, and marketing teams to produce impactful visual campaigns.
- Understand client requirements and convert ideas into innovative visual concepts.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with each brand's identity, target audience, and marketing objectives.
- Maintain consistency in branding across all online and offline communication.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media aesthetics, typography, color palettes, AI-powered design tools, and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Prepare print-ready artwork with proper specifications for production.
- Required Skills & QualificationsProficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Canva Pro.




- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere Pro will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of layout design, composition, typography, color psychology, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent knowledge of modern UI-inspired design styles and contemporary social media trends.
- Ability to create designs suitable for different industries such as Healthcare, Education, Real Estate, Fashion, Food, Hospitality, Technology, Beauty, Manufacturing, Finance, and more.
- Strong creativity with attention to detail.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and continuously improve designs.
- Valuable communication and time-management skills.
- Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design (Freshers with an outstanding portfolio may also apply).
- A strong portfolio showcasing branding projects, social media creatives, marketing materials, and digital campaigns.
