Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and order specifications.
- Prepare order sheets, BOM (Bill of Materials), and production handover documents.
- Source and coordinate fabrics, trims, accessories, embroidery, printing, and branding materials.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of raw materials.
- Plan production timelines in coordination with the production department.
- Monitor order progress and ensure adherence to delivery schedules.
- Coordinate sample development and customer approvals.
- Track fabric consumption and minimize wastage.
- Maintain order status reports and update customers/sales team regularly.
- Coordinate dispatch planning and ensure all customer requirements are fulfilled.
- Resolve production and sourcing issues to avoid delivery delays.
- Maintain complete documentation for each order.

Require Skills

- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Robust planning and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of Fabric & garment manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of fabrics, trims, embroidery, printing, and garment construction.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
- Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously
