Field Sales Executive – Adhesives (Furniture Manufacturing)

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives + Travel Allowance

About the Role

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in adhesive sales, preferably serving the furniture manufacturing, modular furniture, woodworking, plywood, or interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate should be familiar with furniture factories, production processes, and the use of adhesives in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell Astral Adhesives to furniture manufacturers, modular furniture units, plywood processors, and woodworking industries.
- Develop new customers through regular field visits and lead generation.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain application techniques and product benefits.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable adhesive solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market coverage.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.




- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure timely product support and deliveries.
- Maintain daily visit reports and sales updates.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–2 years of field sales experience in adhesives, woodworking chemicals, laminates, hardware, or related materials.
- Existing network with furniture manufacturers, carpenters, modular furniture units, or plywood dealers will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
