Job Purpose:- The employee will be responsible to execute & complete the building repair projects in given time line.

Qualification Preferred: Civil Engineering Diploma Or Experienced candidate in Building Repairs Site Execution

Responsibilities: ➢ Allocate the LC as per the requirement of site.

➢ Prepare Bar chart & Site execution Plan (Manpower, Material & work flow Planning) obtains all required permits and approvals & ensure Insurance is valid

➢ Plan work as per the bar chart & in case of changed priority reshuffle the work schedule if required

➢ Arrange & supply the material with help of purchase dept as required by Site Supervisor or Engineer

➢ Monitor the workmen of contractors to ensure adherence to the process as per their project plan; monitor quality of workmanship and initiate corrective action wherever necessary

➢ Ensure discipline of Site supervisor/Engineer & LC, in case of issues Ensure proper finishing of the project post completion





➢ Daily timely work allocation to the supervisor & LC.

➢ Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications & quality standards of Zindus.

➢ Communicate & update daily work (MIS) completion report to the management

➢ Monitor & guide Site Supervisor/ Engineer

➢ Ensure the Project Execution File & all project related documents are updated daily by all site Supervisors

➢ Client communication/ weekly client meeting on project Execution

➢ Timely resolution/ escalation of complaints

➢ Ensure 100% adherence to safety measures & practices of Zindus Infra

➢ Take timely measurement on the completion of stage, prepare quantity Vs due payment Statement accordingly make RA or Final Invoice & make Payment Follow-up ➢ On completion Hand over the No dues letter along with project completion letter.

➢ Take feedback & testimonials (VDO/Letter) from client

➢ Take references

Requisite Skills: Valuable Communication Skill, complaint & people management & Knowledge of Building Repair projects Well Versed with MS Words/ Excel / Power point Desired Skills: Experienced in handling Rehab projects
