Job SummaryBelvaa Senior Care Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Experienced Staff Nurse to provide exceptional nursing care to elderly residents requiring medical, rehabilitation, post-hospitalization, dementia, palliative, and long-term care services. The Staff Nurse will work closely with doctors, physiotherapists, caregivers, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAssess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for residents.
- Monitor and record vital signs, oxygen saturation, blood sugar, intake/output, and clinical observations.
- Administer medications accurately as prescribed by the treating physician.
- Perform IV medication administration, injections, cannulation, and infusion monitoring.
- Provide wound dressing, catheter care, tracheostomy care, PEG/Ryle's tube feeding, suctioning, nebulization, and other nursing procedures.
- Assist doctors during examinations, medical rounds, and emergency procedures.
- Handle geriatric, neuro, post-operative, palliative, dementia, and rehabilitation patients.
- Observe patients for changes in condition and report immediately to the Clinical Head or Duty Doctor.
- Maintain nursing notes, medication records,
treatment charts, incident reports, and all clinical documentation accurately.
- Ensure infection control practices and patient safety protocols are followed.
- Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatment plans, diet, and rehabilitation.
- Coordinate with physiotherapists, caregivers, housekeeping, and kitchen teams for comprehensive patient care.
- Ensure emergency equipment and crash trolley are available and functional.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and staff training programs.
- Maintain patient dignity, confidentiality, and professional ethics at all times.

- Dress Code: Formal uniform, ID card, and closed footwear are mandatory during duty hours.
- Internal travel to Belvaa Senior Care units or affiliated healthcare facilities may be required. Travel allowance will be provided as per company policy.
- A minimum one-year employment agreement is mandatory.
- Notice Period: Two months, with complete handover of responsibilities and assistance in replacement before relieving.
- Biometric attendance (Login & Logout) is compulsory.
