Job Summary

Lakeview Nursery is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Billing Operator to manage customer billing, maintain sales records, and provide excellent customer service at our nursery pot showroom. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on a computer, have knowledge of Tally and billing software, and possess good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Generate customer invoices and sales bills accurately.

Handle showroom billing and daily cash/card/UPI transactions.

Maintain sales records and prepare daily billing reports.

Operate Tally for sales entries, receipts, and basic accounting tasks.

Assist customers with billing-related queries in a professional manner.

Coordinate with the sales and inventory teams to ensure accurate stock and billing records.

Maintain customer records and documentation.

Ensure all billing transactions are completed accurately and on time.

Support general showroom operations and administrative tasks as required.





Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate or equivalent qualification.

Good knowledge of computers and MS Office (Excel, Word).

Working knowledge of Tally ERP/TallyPrime.

Familiarity with billing and accounting software.

Valuable communication and customer handling skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience

0–3 years of experience in billing, accounting, or showroom operations.

Experience in retail, nursery, garden center, or agricultural businesses will be an added advantage.
