- Guided clients through immigration pathways, eligibility assessments, and documentation requirements.
- Trained, mentored, and motivated team members to improve productivity and service quality.
- Resolved complex client queries and handled escalated cases with professionalism.
- Coordinated with management to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepared performance reports, tracked KPIs, and conducted regular team meetings.

Salary- 20,000 to 30,000
