Key Responsibilities:

- Install, commission, and test water and wastewater treatment systems, including SBPL’s Proprietary Electrochemical treatment system, RO plants, filtration systems, dosing systems, and associated equipment.
- Perform electrical wiring, panel connections, motor and pump installations as per standard operating procedures.
- Execute plumbing work, including pipe fitting, valve installation, pump connections, and system integration. Service & Maintenance
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of water treatment systems at customer sites.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical, mechanical, and plumbing-related faults.
- Ensure optimal performance and efficiency of installed systems.
- Replace defective components and perform necessary repairs in a timely manner. Customer Support
- Interact with customers professionally during installation and service visits.
- Provide basic operational training to customers on system usage and maintenance.
- Address customer complaints and service requests effectively.
- Maintain service reports, installation records, and maintenance logs.
- Submit daily travel and service reports to the reporting manager.
- Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and reporting standards. Travel & Site Support




- Travel extensively across India to attend installation, commissioning, and service assignments.
- Be available for emergency breakdown calls and urgent customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, technical support, and project execution.

Skill & Knowledge:

- Knowledge of electrical wiring, motors, pumps, control panels, and troubleshooting.
- Basic plumbing skills including pipe fitting, valve installation, and leak rectification (candidate must be willing to learn these skills).
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.
- Understanding of water treatment processes will be an added advantage. Personal Attributes
