The Warehouse Executive is responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, receiving and dispatching goods, maintaining proper documentation, and ensuring a safe and organized warehouse workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and goods.
- Store products properly to ensure safety and easy retrieval.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Prepare and dispatch orders according to delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards and company policies.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (if required).
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and warehouse reports.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management (preferred).
- Knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/WMS).
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, and email).
