Key Responsibilities

- Generate recent B2B business through field sales.
- Onboard gyms, fitness studios, sports academies, nutrition stores, and wellness partners.
- Build long-term customer relationships and drive repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and represent the OUTPACE brand.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Support brand events, product activations, and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Nutrition, Life Sciences, Sports Management, or any relevant discipline..




- 0–3 years of experience in Field Sales, FMCG, Pharma, Nutraceuticals, Fitness, or Sports.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
