Customer Service Associate

Entry Level / Fresher Full-Time | On-site Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month Rotational Shifts | Weekly Roster

Operations: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM · 7 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally, addressing queries related to loan accounts, repayment schedules, EMI dues, and account status.

Assist customers in understanding their repayment obligations and guide them toward timely resolution of outstanding dues.

Accurately record all customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM system as per defined SOPs.

Escalate complex or unresolved queries to the appropriate team or supervisor within stipulated timelines.

Achieve daily and monthly productivity targets including call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Maintain strict adherence to RBI Fair Practices Code and internal compliance guidelines during all customer interactions.

Participate in daily briefings, training sessions, and team huddles to stay updated on product knowledge and process changes.

Support outbound campaigns including payment reminders, follow-ups, and feedback collection as assigned.

Eligibility & Qualifications Skills & Attributes Minimum qualification: Graduate (any discipline) Solid verbal communication and active listening skills

Freshers welcome — no prior experience required Customer-first attitude with a calm, empathetic approach

Basic proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi or a regional language is an advantage





Ability to handle pressure and maintain composure during difficult conversations

Comfortable with computers, data entry and basic CRM usage

Willingness to work in a 6-day rotational shift schedule on a weekly roster basis

Availability to work on weekends and public holidays as per roster

High sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail

Quick learner with the ability to adapt to process changes

Team-oriented with a positive and collaborative work ethic

Work Schedule

Operating Hours: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Working Days: 7 days a week (including weekends & public holidays)

Shift Allocation: Weekly rotational roster — shifts assigned 7 days in advance

Weekly Off: 1 rotational weekly off as per roster

Shift Timings (indicative): Morning: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Afternoon: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Shifts may vary per operational requirements

Compensation & Benefits₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month (CTC, based on qualification and assessment)
