Digital Marketing Manager (Lead Generation & Performance Marketing)

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our performance marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through paid advertising, optimizing campaign performance, managing digital budgets, and delivering measurable ROI. The role requires hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead funnels, analytics, and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
- Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target CPL (Cost Per Lead).
- Develop and optimize lead funnels for maximum conversion.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Monitor daily lead performance and recommend improvements.
- Paid Advertising Management Create, manage, and optimize campaigns on:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max & YouTube)
- LinkedIn Ads (if required)
- Conduct audience research and targeting.
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and campaign objectives.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Scale winning campaigns while controlling acquisition costs.
- Campaign Strategy Develop monthly and quarterly digital marketing plans.
- Build marketing funnels for awareness, lead generation, remarketing, and conversions.
- Launch promotional campaigns for new products, projects, and offers.
- Analyze competitors' digital strategies and recommend improvements.
- Analytics & Reporting Track campaign performance using:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager
- Meta Business Suite
- Google Ads Manager
- CRM Reports
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Monitor key KPIs such as:
- CPL
- CPA
- ROAS
- CTR
- Conversion Rate
- Lead-to-Sale Ratio
- ROI




- Landing Pages & Conversion Optimization Coordinate with designers and developers to create high-converting landing pages.
- Improve website conversion rates through CRO techniques.
- Ensure proper tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag, and conversion APIs.
- Team Coordination Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, videos, and banners.
- Guide content creators on performance-focused content.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead nurturing and campaign outcomes.
- Required SkillsStrong expertise in Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Experience with Google Tag Manager.
- Understanding of Meta Pixel and Conversion API.
- Experience with CRM integration and lead tracking.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels.
- Knowledge of remarketing and audience segmentation.
- Budget planning and campaign optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.
- Preferred Experience4–8 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Proven track record of managing advertising budgets.
- Experience in Real Estate, EdTech, IT Services, Healthcare, Automobile, or E-commerce is preferred.
- Experience handling monthly ad budgets of ₹5 Lakhs to ₹1 Crore+.
- EducationBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or GA4 certifications are preferred.
