Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Wood Adhesive & Coating Products

Salary: CTC Per Annum 1.44 lac – 1.92 lacs

Job Summary:

We are seeking for dynamic, sincere and results-driven Customer Support Executive (BDE) to join our team, specializing in premium wood adhesive, hotmelt glue, wood coatings & masking tape products. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales aptitude, a go getter with excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships with customers in the woodworking, furniture, and construction industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales & Business Development: Actively look after existing customers and seek out new customers, including wood contractors and carpenters, furniture manufacturers, architects, interior design companies and distributors.
- Product Promotion: Educate customers on the features, benefits, and applications of our wood adhesive products.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Demonstrations & Training: Conduct on-site product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
- Order Management:



Assist customers in placing orders, ensuring timely delivery, and following up on payments.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the management team.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the adhesives, woodworking, or construction industry.
- We welcome ‘Freshers with HIGH commitment to excel in ‘Sales & Marketing Management’ with our proven training and support.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of wood adhesives and their applications is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
