DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a B2B2C Marketing Campaign Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing data-driven, automated marketing campaigns that nurture leads and drive business growth. You will leverage tools like WebEngage, Gupshup or any such CRM tool to optimise campaign performance and enhance the user journey for our B2B audience.

Key Responsibilities

- :Develop and execute multi-channel B2B marketing campaign s across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Push Notification s to acquire and retain QubeHealth App User
- sDesign and implement automated user journey
- sCreate and manage landing pages, forms, email templates, and lead-nurturing workflow s within marketing automation tools
- .Segment B2B audiences based on industry, company size, engagement levels, and behaviou r to deliver personalised messaging
- .Track and optimise campaign performance with analytical tools
- .Generate performance report s on key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and pipeline impac t, and use insights to improve future campaigns




- .Work closely with sales and account management teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
- .Ensure marketing automation best practice s to improve lead quality, reduce churn, and increase engagement
- .Optimise database hygiene, reducing list decay and increasing deliverability and engagement

.Qualifications & Skills

- :2.5+ years of experienc e in B2B Marketin
- gHands-on experience with WebEngage, Gupshup, and HubSpo t (or similar marketing automation platforms)
- .Proficiency in email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, SMS campaigns, and push notification s
- .Analytical mindset with experience in tracking, reporting, and optimising marketing performanc e
- .Excellent communication skill s to craft compelling messaging for a skilled audience
- .Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams
