- Drive revenue growth and order intake from Defence & Aerospace programs.
- Develop and execute sales & business development strategy aligned with company growth plans.
- Own RFQs/RFPs, tenders, pricing, and contract negotiations.
- Identify new business opportunities from development to serial production.
- Support expansion into Aviation, Metro, Railways, and Transportation sectors.
- Build and lead a high-performance Sales/Business Development team.
- Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain (SCM) teams.
- Lead the B2B sales strategy for Defence services, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the Defence sector.
- Identify recent business opportunities and forge strategic partnerships to enhance service offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and solutions to clients.
Key Skills
- Strong exposure to Build-to-Print / EMS / Electrical Assemblies / Wire Harnesses
- Proven relationships with DPSUs, OEMs, and System Integrators
- Experience in Defence procurement, long sales cycles, and tendering
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisions
- Willingness to travel as required within the region
- BE/BTech (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical preferred); MBA
- 15 to 18 years of experience in Defence & Aerospace Sales / Business Development
