Role: Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Assist retail sellers with account, inventory, and order-related queries via email and chat.

✅ Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service quality.

✅ Communicate professionally with excellent grammar, tone, and formatting.

✅ Meet performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction.

✅ Navigate multiple internal systems to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.

Eligibility





- Graduate in any discipline
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
- Comfortable working in a 24×7 rotational environment
- Willing to work on-site in Jaipur (Sitapura)

Work Schedule

- 5.5 working days per week

? Transportation

- Cab facility available within a 25 km radius of the Jaipur facility.
- Candidates must reside within the operational cab service area.
