About the Role

Responsible for achieving annual sales targets for the assigned territory through multiple channels including Dealers, Sub-Dealers, Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, and Carpenters.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Distributors and Dealers.
- Engage and collaborate with Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, and Builders.
- Site Scouting
- Manage client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Drive secondary sales growth.
- Ensure adherence to quality parameters as per established norms.
- Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently.




- Execute Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities.
- Enhance customer experience by identifying and addressing their needs across various touchpoints.
- Effectively manage the assigned territory and its key stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized institution.

Pay range and compensation package

CTC: Upto Rs. 9 LPA (based on current CTC and experience)
