About the Role

We are looking for a smart, analytical, and proactive Lead Management Associate to own the lead qualification process and ensure qualified leads are passed to the sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, communicating with customers, and improving business processes.

You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping qualify their requirements while maintaining accurate lead data and ensuring timely follow-ups with sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Qualify inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, social channels and website inquiries.
- Assess customer intent, timeline, and requirements to determine lead quality.
- Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales team with complete information.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM on a daily basis.
- Track lead movement across the sales funnel and ensure no lead is missed.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead quality and source performance.




- Identify trends in lead quality and recommend improvements to marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate closely with the sales teams to improve lead conversion rates.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional regional languages are an advantage).
- Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
- Ability to ask the right questions and quickly qualify customer intent.
- Strong problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in customer service, inside sales, lead generation, or marketing operations.
- Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM softwares.
