We are hiring an Instructional Designer for a leading organization in the digital learning and higher education space.

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 8-12 years in Instructional Design, eLearning, or Learning & Development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with SMEs to design engaging online learning experiences.
- Develop instructional content using ADDIE, Backward Design, and Bloom's Taxonomy.
- Create interactive e-learning modules, assessments, and multimedia content.
- Work with tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, H5P, Canva, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
- Support learner engagement and continuously improve course effectiveness.

Required Skills:





- Solid understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools and LMS platforms.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and content development skills.
- Experience working with faculty, trainers, or SMEs is an advantage.
