About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Account Executive - Community to build, nurture, and engage our online and offline community. You will be responsible for fostering brand loyalty, increasing engagement, and ensuring a positive experience for our audience across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engagement & Interaction: Actively respond to community comments, messages, and inquiries across social media, forums, and other platforms.
- Content Collaboration: Work with the content and marketing teams to create engaging posts, discussions, and campaigns.
- Community Growth: Develop strategies to increase audience engagement, retention, and follower growth.
- Brand Advocacy: Identify and engage with brand advocates, influencers, and loyal customers to amplify our reach.
- Monitoring & Feedback: Track community trends, gather insights, and provide feedback to improve brand communication.
- Events:



Foster a robust sense of community by organizing virtual and in-person events, discussions, and activations.

Requirements:

- Fresher or 1 year experience in community management, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for building relationships.
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, and emerging channels.
- Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or social listening tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and drive engagement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Skills:

- Experience in influencer marketing or brand collaborations.
- Knowledge of community management tools like Discord, or Reddit.
- Background in customer support or crisis management.
