Are you passionate about solving technical problems and delivering exceptional customer support? We're looking for a Product Support Engineer to join a dynamic team supporting enterprise SaaS applications.

Location: Pune (Onsite)

Shift: 24x7 Support (Primarily US EST/PST Night Shifts)

? Advantages: Both-side cab facility + Night Shift Allowance

What We're Looking For:

✔️ 2+ years of experience in Technical Support / Product Support / Software Support (SaaS preferred)

✔️ Experience supporting customer-facing applications

✔️ Hands-on experience with:

- SSO & Access Management
- SaaS & Cloud Computing
- FTP & SMTP
- HTML

✔️ Experience with ticketing/CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)

✔️ Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication

✔️ Willingness to work in US night shifts
